Cookie Policy
Last updated: November 2, 2026
We use a small number of cookies. Essential ones keep the site working; analytics and advertising cookies are only set after you allow them, and you can change your mind at any time.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. They can remember a choice you made, keep a session working, or help measure how a site is used. Similar technologies such as local storage and pixels work in a comparable way and are covered by this policy.
2. Categories we use
- Essential (always active). Needed for the site to load, for forms to submit and for your cookie choice to be remembered. These cannot be switched off without breaking the site.
- Analytics (optional). Anonymous statistics about which pages are visited and where visitors come from, so we can improve the site.
- Advertising (optional). Used to measure our campaigns and, where allowed, to show relevant advertising on other sites.
3. Cookies we set
| Cookie | Category | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
| ns_cookie_consent | Essential | Stores the cookie choice you made so we do not ask on every visit. | 12 months |
If analytics or advertising is enabled on a page, those providers may set their own cookies once you have allowed the category. Their cookies are described in the privacy notices of those providers.
4. Your choice, and how it is applied
On your first visit you can accept all cookies, decline everything optional, or choose categories yourself. All three choices are equally easy to make, and nothing optional is loaded before you decide.
Your choice is applied through Google Consent Mode v2: analytics and advertising storage stay denied until you grant them, and any tracking tag on the site respects that signal. The choice itself is stored in the ns_cookie_consent cookie described above.
5. Cookies set by others
The site links to the partner agencies and to other providers. Those sites set their own cookies under their own policies. We do not control them, so please read their notices before continuing.
6. Managing cookies in your browser
Every browser lets you view, block or delete cookies. Blocking essential cookies will stop parts of this site from working. To remove what is already stored, clear the site data for this domain in your browser settings.
7. More information
How we handle the details you submit, and how they reach the one licensed insurance agency assigned to your state, is set out in the Privacy Policy.
